Parking
Parking is available at the main car park in Hay-on-Wye on Oxford Road (HR3 5EQ) directly opposite Hay Castle, which is a long-stay pay and display for all vehicle types. Please see the car park signage for current tariff details and full parking conditions. This car park includes disabled spaces and payment is possible by either coin or card.
The Cattle Market (Swan Bank, HR3 5EB) is a hardstanding car park just a few minutes' walk from each of the Winter Weekend venues and offers limited free spaces.
Disabled parking
Powys car parks are free for disabled blue badge holders when displayed correctly, however, please check the display board for charges, terms and conditions.
