The operations of Hay Festival were legally transferred to Hay Festival Foundation Ltd (The Foundation) on 1 February 2022 as part of a formal business transfer from the Hay Festival of Literature and Arts Ltd. (the Company). The Foundation now directly performs the operation of running Hay Festival and all business dealings and enquiries should be directed solely to the Foundation.
