Mariela Noles Cotito lectures in Politics, Discrimination and Public Policy at the University of the Pacific. She has Master’s degrees in Law, Latin American Studies and Politics, and she carries out research into the themes of human rights, gender equality, non-discrimination and the analysis of public policies related to inclusion. Her most recent book is Reflexiones sobre el Perú: Más allá del bicentenario, a text that covers matters usually brushed aside in political analysis and which presents a diverse, inclusive and respectful view of our country.
