Instructions for press for Hay Festival Arequipa 2023.

Dear colleagues from the media, thank you very much for your interest in Hay Festival Arequipa. We invite you to read the instructions and provide the requested information to process your press accreditation.

1. Accreditations will be open from Thursday, September 21st, until Monday, October 9th, 2023. Please fill out and submit our accreditation form via the Google Forms platform [ https://forms.gle/nRsWjLCmK6DSMPti8].

2. Starting on Monday, October 23rd, you will receive confirmation of your accreditation and any requested interviews, if applicable.

3. A maximum number of individuals per media outlet will be accepted as follows: Print media (2 reporters and 2 photographers); TV production (2 video reporters and 2 reporters); radio (1 reporter and 1 digital); digital media (2 reporters).

4. We kindly request that journalists, camerapersons, and photographers consider that once the activity has begun, they should not disrupt the view of the speakers or attendees during the event.

5. Priority will be given to interviews requested in advance, taking into account the schedules of the guests. If you have an interest in new interviews or emerging topics, please do not hesitate to contact the press team, who will be at your disposal during the festival in the press room or through our email addresses.
