Accreditation Instructions for Hay Festival Arequipa 2024

Dear media colleagues, thank you for your interest in the 10th edition of Hay Festival Arequipa. Please read the guidelines carefully and complete the requested information to manage your press accreditation.

1. Accreditations will be open from Wednesday, September 11, until Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

2. Register for your accreditation here.

3. Accreditation confirmations and interview requests (if applicable) will be sent via email starting Monday, October 21.

4. Accreditation limits per media outlet:

   • Print media: 2 reporters and 2 photographers
   • Television: 2 video reporters and 2 journalists per production
   • Radio: 1 reporter and 1 digital journalist
   • Digital media: 2 reporters

5. Please ensure that, once an event has started, photographers, journalists, and cameramen do not obstruct the audience’s view during the activity.

6. Priority will be given to pre-arranged interview requests, subject to the availability of guest speakers.

7. If you wish to request additional interviews or address new topics, feel free to contact the press team, who will be available from the press conference through to the end of the festival.
