Mariela NOLES COTITO

noles-cotito-mariela Mariela Noles Cotito is a lecturer in Political Science and Discrimination and Public Policy at the University of the Pacific. She is a Law graduate from the PUCP with a Master’s in Law from the University of Pennsylvania. She also has a Master's in Latin American Studies and a Master's in Political Science with a speciality in Ethnicity in Andean Countries from the University of South Florida. Her research portfolio includes human rights, gender equality and non-discrimination issues, as well as the analysis of public inclusion policies in the country. She has been part of technical teams in the Ministry of Women, the Ministry of Culture, and the Women's Department of the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima.
