This documentary, marking the centenary of Welles’ birth, looks at the life and career of one of cinema’s giants. Produced by TCM, and shown at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, the makers have talked to some of Hollywood’s best-known film-makers and critics, among them Martin Scorsese, Peter Bogdanovich and Joseph Mcbride.
