Tim Bowler has written more than 20 books for young people and has won 15 prizes for his work, among them the Carnegie Medal, the UK’s top award for children’s literature, for River Boy. The Sunday Telegraph describes him as ‘a master of the psychological thriller’. His works include Midget, Shadows, Storm Catchers, Starseeker, Apocalypse, Frozen Fire, Bloodchild, Buried Thunder, Sea of Whispers, the Blade series, and his most recent novels Night Runner and Game Changer. His books have been translated into more than 30 languages, with more than a million copies sold around the world. He talks to Xohana Bastida.
