Basle-based superstar architects Jacques Herzog and Pierre De Meuron negotiated between two cultures, two architectural traditions and two political systems in order to build two contrasting projects – the Olympic Stadium in Beijing in 2008 and an entire district in the provincial town of Jinhua.
