Patricia Cánepa is a consultant, author and speaker on the subjects of professional development, leadership and the future of work. She worked in Marketing for Procter & Gamble Peru and was a Vice-president of LHH DBM Peru, a company that specialized in career change, where she is currently a boardmember. Patricia Merino is an Associate Consultant with the same company and an MBA lecturer in Leadership at CENTRUM. She has been CEO of L’Bel Perú and New Business Manager at Belcorp. She has also advised 14 different countries on innovation and marketing. Cánepa and Merino are the co-authors of El futuro del trabajo (2020), a book that acts as a quick guide to professional career change, and also considers a post-Covid scenario.
