She talks to journalist Guillermo Altares about the superpower and her new book, Six Years that Changed the World: 1985-1991. The fall of the Soviet Empire. Introduced by the Cultural Counselor of the French Embassy in Spain and Director of the Institut Français in Spain, Nicolas Kassianidès.
