Andy Mackay, Director of the British Council in Spain and an expert in the society and politics both of the UK and Europe, examines in depth the causes, consequences and perspectives of the Brexit referendum. His counterpart in this dialogue is journalist Vicente Vallés, director and anchor of the Antena 3 15.00 news since 2011 and former director of news programmes in TVE, Tele 5 and Telemadrid.
