Tickets for Students and Young People

Students aged 16-25 can get 25% off Hay Festival tickets for ALL events!

To apply for student tickets:

• Complete the application form here to create a student account
• Make sure you are logged in with the same email address you used to create your student account and add the required tickets to your basket - your 25% discount will be applied to ONE ticket per event
• You will be emailed a receipt and order number
• Collect your tickets at the festival using your student ID and order number

T&C's

• Students need a valid NUS/student ID number to complete the application process
• The offer is restricted to one ticket per event for each student account
• Tickets cannot be posted in advance, and a valid student ID must be shown in order to collect the tickets from the box office on the festival site
• The discount is for tickets only and cannot be applied to books, merchandise or membership
• The standard £3.50 booking fee will be applied to all orders
• You may be required to show your student ID as well as your ticket when entering an event
• Tickets cannot be refunded or re-sold
