Alonso Ruiz Rosas is a poet, cultural manager and founder of the UNSA Cultural Centre in Arequipa, among other projects; he and Juan Carlos Belón, an accomplished Arequipan photographer based on France, will talk, among other matters, about the importance of artistic and cultural questions, and about Sin interés aparente, the exhibition of Belón’s work that is being shown at the UNSA Cultural Centre.
