White Heron Drinks

Award-winning White Heron Drinks comprises a British Cassis and British Framboise. Both are made using either blackcurrants from the White Heron Estate (about 15 miles from Hay) or Herefordshire raspberries and are fermented to keep in all the delicious fruity flavours by Jo Hilditch and her team. The drinks are available on line and are perfect cocktail bases with the British Kir Royale being the most obvious of these!
