Shepherds Parlour

Shepherds Parlour is an independent coffee shop and ice cream parlour in the centre of Hay. We are proud to be the local home of Shepherds ice cream—delicious sheep’s milk ice cream made just a few miles away.

As well as fantastic coffees, teas and hot chocolate, our counter is filled daily with home-made cakes and fresh sandwiches. We serve ethically sourced produce and work with fabulous local growers and makers to put the very best on your plate.
