Ruth Rogers is a US-born British chef and the owner of the River Cafe restaurant, which has boasted a Michelin star since 1998 and is a favourite of fans of Italian cuisine in London. She is also the author of several cookery books, has presented food programs on the BBC and has taught some of the world’s leading chefs. Ruth Rogers talks to Giuseppe Tringali, an Italian resident in Spain, who has a passion for art and the media and is vice president of the Mediaset Group. The meeting will be moderated by journalist, presenter, humourist and contributor to Elle magazine Ramón Arangüena.
