Lucía BLASCO

(Spain) Educated as a journalist in Madrid, with exchanges in Australia and Belgium, where she also studied Politics. For the last four years she has been working as a multimedia journalist at the London office of BBC Mundo, writing stories for the web and occasionally presenting videos. For a time she was in charge of the technology index although she has also covered many cultural topics, including previous Hay Festival events in Mexico, Peru and Colombia. She loves photography, art and social matters but, more than anything else, human stories.
