José Luis RAMOS SALINAS

Sociology graduate with a Master’s in Communication Sciences and a PhD in Social Sciences. Lecturer in the Department of Sociology and the Graduate School of the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa. Currently holds the position of Defensor Universitario at the National University of San Agustín de Arequipa. He has published three collections of poems and several academic articles.
