(Lima, 1986) Lawyer and Member of the Peruvian Congress. A Law graduate from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, he did a Master’s in Government and Public Management at the Universidad de San Martín de Porres and studied on the University of Georgetown’s Global Competitiveness Leadership programme. He also has a diploma in Public Management and Public Policies from the PUCP. He has worked as the head of a consultancy in the Municipality of Miraflores and as part-time lecturer at the Universidad del Pacífico. He is also a lecturer at PUCP. As a Member of Congress he considered, together with Member Carlos Bruce, the approval of a draft bill to allow civil union between people of the same sex. Furthermore, he was one of the authors of the draft bill on medicinal cannabis, together with the Member Tania Pariona and was one of those who promoted the creation of a commission to investigate the Sodalicio Case in Congress. He is the author of the books Más allá del Arcoíris: Autoridades LGBTI en Latinoamérica (Planeta, 2017) and ¡No retiro nada! (Planeta, 2019).
