(Managua, 1954) Director and founder of the Anamá Ediciones publishing house (1993). She is the chair of the Cámara Nicaragüense del Libro and a member of the Independent Central American Publishers’ Group (GEICA). She ran the Ocarina publisher in the 1980s and organized the country’s first International Book Festival in 1986. She has spent her professional life publishing and promoting Nicaraguan writers and her publishing career was recognized with an Ordre des Arts et des Lettres award, granted by the French Government.
