Nelson Vallejo-Gómez is a Franco-Colombian philosopher, specializing in the paradigm of complexity based on Edgar Morin's great work, La Méthode. He stands out for his contributions to creating, implementing and assessing public policies in the field of education. He has been Secretary General of the Association for Complex Thought (APC-France) and of the National Scientific Council for Education (CSEN-France). He is President of the Honorary Council for Social and Human Sciences of the University of Caldas (Manizales, Colombia) and Scientific Director of PREFALC-FMSH. He is currently the Inspector General of Education and Research of France.
