Daniel Kehlmann (Munich, 1975) is a German writer. His work has received major awards, including the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Literature Prize, the Kleist Prize, the Candide Prize, the Thomas Mann Prize and the Frank Schirrmacher Prize. His novel Measuring the World has been translated into over forty languages. Other books of his include Me and Kaminski, Fame, F. A Novel and Tyll, all published by Pantheon. He currently lectures at New York University.
