Rafael López Giral (Mexico City 1978) studied Political Science at UNAM and Economics at the Universty of Chile. He is the founder of the publishing house Sexto Piso and a consultant advisor at the Autonomous University of Mexico City. Since 2009, he has been the director of the Hueders in Santiago in Chile, a publishing house with an outstanding catalog of Chilean authors (Roberto Merino, Rafael Gumicio, Alejandro Zambra, Marcelo Mellado, Germán Marín, Manuel Vicuña); international writers (Pierre Clastres, Al Alvarez, Clément Rosset, Walter Benjamin, Jaques Ranciere), as well as several books about the television series

Mira Tú. Among his projects are a comic about the 1973 Chilean coup, anthologies of newspaper journalism, new essays, classics and children’s books.
