Paula Marcela Moreno is a Colombian industrial engineer with studies in management, leadership and urban planning in the United States (Yale University and MIT) and the United Kingdom (Cambridge University). She was the first Afro-Colombian woman to hold a ministerial position and has had an extensive career in global philanthropy. Founder and President of Manos Visibles and member of the Board of Directors of the Ford Foundation. She has published two books with Penguin Random House: The Power of the Invisible (2018) and Soñar lo Imposible (2022).
