(Monclova, Coahuila, 1977) He is the author of the poetry collections Bisonte mantra (2016) and Contramilitancia (2020); the short story collections La noche caníbal (2008) and Suelten a los perros (2021); and the novel Toda la soledad del centro de la Tierra (2019). He has won the Inés Arredondo 2005 and Agustín Yáñez 2019 national short story prizes, and the Elías Nandino 2007 young poetry prize, among others. His most recent publication is the book of essays Cámaras secretas. Sobre la enfermedad, el dolor y el cuerpo en la literatura (Siruela, 2022).
