Tina BROWN

brown-tina (Maidenhead, United Kingdom, 1953.) After studying at Oxford University and working as a reporter for several publications, Tina Brown was named editor of Tatler magazine at the age of 25, and rose to prominence in the American media industry as the editor of the magazines Vanity Fair (1984-1992) and The New Yorker (1992-1998). In 2007, she was named in the Magazine Editors Hall of Fame. She has also been honoured with four George Polk Awards, five Overseas Press Club Awards, and ten National Magazine Awards. She hosts a show on CNBC, Topic A with Tina Brown, and writes a column for The Washington Post Style section.
