Arhuaco indigenous leader, manager and promoter of environmental protection of the ancestral territories of indigenous communities with territorial experiences, carrying out work at a regional level regarding the coordination of ethnic affairs in Cesar Region, developing environmental conservation projects of great impact for the peoples of the Sierra Nevada, whose main goal was the natural self-regeneration of lands in the middle and upper areas of these territories; also formulator of projects for connecting forest patches using the ancestral techniques of the Arhuaco people; developer of the proposal for the protection of the Guatapuri River basin, promoter of protection attitudes among Spiritual Leaders (Mamos) around the world using music as a guiding element.
