Luz Bonadíes is a communicator and project specialist with a focus on sustainable development through cultural management. With studies in Journalism, Social Communication, Marketing, Project Management and Design Thinking for Innovation, she has worked to render visible the products and institutions of Panama's creative industries. She was Editor-in-Chief and Director of Magazines at Grupo Epasa and held key positions at the National Institute of Culture (INAC). Between 2017 and 2020, she led the transformation of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Panama (MAC) as Executive Director, doubling visitor numbers and increasing the museum's digital presence by more than 150%. Currently, she is Communications and Marketing Manager at the City of Knowledge Foundation, where she promotes social change through innovation, culture and knowledge exchange.
