Gilbert NDI SHANG

Ndi Shang, is a PhD in Comparative Literature from the International School of African Studies (BIGSAS) at the University of Bayreuth. He was a postdoctoral fellow of the Fritz Thyssen Foundation at the same university. His research interests include: the novel of dictatorship in Africa, literature and politics, politics/poetry of the body, violence in literature, visual culture and cyber literature in Africa and Latin America. In the recent past, he has been a researcher at the Fritz-Thyssen Foundation and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation for his literary research in Congo, Peru and Colombia.
