(1965) is a profilic writer, cultural worker and social and political activist. He is the president and creative director of the Belgrade Association KROKODIL, best known for the regional literary festival of the same name. He is also the founder of the publishing house Rende and the audio-book publishing house Reflektor, and he also worked as an editor at the publishing house VBZ ‒ Belgrade, the Belgrade subsidiary of one of the largest Croatian publishers.
He published the following titles: In the Hold (the first part of the Cloaca Maxima tetralogy, 1994), Anđela (the second part of the mentioned tetralogy, 1997), Meksiko - Ratni dnevnik (2000), Išmail (an illustrated novel, together with the illustrator Aleksandar Zograf, 2004), Predator, composite novel (2008), the collection of essays Jugolaboratorija (2009), Minut - Put oko sveta za 60 sekundi (in collaboration with illustrator Valentina Broštean, 2011), the novel Let (2013), collection of short stories Ovo nije veselo mesto (2014), Ti i ja, Anđela (remake of the novel Anđela, 2016), Ka granici (the third part of the Cloaca Maxima tetralogy, 2018) and Duhovi (the final part of the Cloaca Maxima tetralogy, 2023).
His books have been translated into more than twenty languages. For his literary work, he won the NiN Prize (1994), the Sterija Prize (1996), the National Library of Serbia Award for the most read book (2011). Together with the director Maša Nešković and Staša Bajac, he signed the script for the feature film Asymmetry (2019) and with Igor Štiks the drama text Urotnici (2022), whose premiere was held in the Atelje 212 Theater in Belgrade, directed by Boris Liješević. The feature film entitled The Field Trip for which he wrote the screenplay is currently in production and will be distributed in 2025.
