Currently, he is the principal conductor of the State Philharmonic Orchestra of Querétaro. Previously, he was the principal conductor of the Bulgarian National Radio Symphony Orchestra (2017-2023), music director of the Krasnoyarsk Symphony Orchestra (2004-2014), principal guest conductor of the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre (2015-2017), resident conductor of the Russian National Orchestra (1997-2004), the Moscow Radio Symphony Orchestra (1994-2004), and the Moscow Virtuosi Chamber Orchestra (1999-2003). He has maintained a regular relationship with more than eighty orchestras worldwide and has collaborated with top-level artists such as Maxim Vengerov, Mikhail Pletnev, Simon Trpčeski, Kristóf Baráti, Vadim Repin, Nikolai Lugansky, Dmitri Hvorostovsky, Sumi Jo, Hibla Gerzmava, Alexei Volodin, Alena Baeva, Lukas Geniušas, Rafael Aguirre, Johan Dalene, and many others.
