Daniela Pabón is a Philosophy graduate, Director of Mapuka (the Archaeological Museum of the Karib Peoples) and a lecturer in the Department of Humanities and Philosophy at the University of the North. Her research interests are the overlap of philosophy and literature, geopoetics and gender studies. She writes poetry and short stories and works to provide some of the foundations of philosophy and poetry through workshops aimed at girls, boys and young adults at district schools in the Caribbean region.
