Director of Innovation and Corporate Development at Primavera Sound, founded more than 20 years ago in Barcelona in order to organize, promote and run Primavera Sound Barcelona, one of the most influential music festivals in Europe. Fletcher promotes the company’s growth, creativity, innovation, diversification and internationalization, and since 2018 the organization has successfully developed new business lines and festivals in the USA and Latin America. He is an Economics graduate with an MBA from the IE Business School, and has completed training in various areas related to technology, urban planning, security, sustainability and finance. He is an Associate Professor at the IE School of Architecture & Design, where he teaches subjects that form part of the Master’s in Real Estate Development and the Master’s in Business for Architecture & Design. He has collaborated since 2021 with Hay Festival, giving masterclasses for its Cultural Management course. He also enjoys working with start-up accelerators, such as Wallifornia MusicTech (Liege, Belgium). He has also been a musician, composer and producer, with a knowledge of technology applied to music creation, entertainment and innovation.
