Current General Coordinator of the Citizen Coalition, a platform of Peruvian civil society organizations that work to strengthen democracy and promote public reforms. Lawyer and director of the Center for the Analysis of Public Policies in Higher Education (CAPPES). He is former Director General of Higher Education at the Ministry of Education (2019-2021). He has an Ashoka Fellowship as a social entrepreneur at the university level.
