Pascal Beltrán del Río Martin, a Mexican journalist with 35 years of experience. Since 2006, he has been the Editorial Manager of Excelsior, for which he writes a daily column. He presents Primera Emisión on Imagen Radio. He has worked as a war correspondent and has also served as a university lecturer and public speaker in Mexico and abroad.
