María Jesús Espinosa de los Monteros is the General Manager of PRISA Audio. She holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU and a PhD in Film History from the Complutense of Madrid. In 2012 she co-founded elextrarradio.com, winner of the 2013 Premio Ondas Nacional de Radio for Radiphonic Innovation and winner of the Academia de la Radio Award 2014. From 2016 to 2021 she was Director of Podium Poscast, which received another Ondas Award for Best Radio Platform in 2016. In 2020 and 2021, other projects she directed won two more Premios Ondas Nacionales for best branded-podcast (Pienso, luego actúo) and best podcast (Estirando el chicle), respectively. Cadena SER and is co-director of the first Master's Degree in Podcast and Digital Audio at the Barreira School in Spain.
