José María Salazar Núñez (Lima, 1994) studied Hispanic Literature at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. He has published the books Tartamudo (Paracaídas, 2018), El fútbol no es una metáfora (Colecciones Underwood – PUCP, 2019), San Francisco (Personaje Secundario, 2020) and Cántame algo nuevo (Ediciones Liliputienses, 2021), for which he won the Centrifugados Youth Poetry Prize in Caceres, Spain. He has also contributed to the El Comercio supplement, El Dominical, and has presented the online interview programme Somos libros, seámoslo siempre. He currently presents and produces the podcast Esto no está pasando.
