Executive Director of Oxfam Mexico. In 2020 she was a visiting researcher at the Centre for Economic Research and Education and a consultant on gender and inclusion at UNAM’s Cultural Dissemination Department. She was the President of the National Council for the Prevention of Discrimination for a period of four years and prior to that she headed the Political Affairs Department of the Mexican Embassy in Washington DC. At international organizations, government institutions and social organizations in Mexico, the United States, Guatemala and Argentina, she has participated in the construction and implementation of legislative and public policy initiatives with a human rights perspective. She is the author of essays and articles and has lectured at various universities. She has a law degree from the Ibero-American University and a Master of Law from New York University.
