Winner of the 2020 Ibero-American SM Prize for Children's and Adolescent Literature for her body of work, Yolanda Reyes is the Colombian author who best understands and writes about the great game of being a child. Her work in this genre includes outstanding titles such as El terror de Sexto «B» (1995) and María de los dinosaurios (1998).She has also published a novel for adult readers, Pasajera en tránsito (2006) and is a columnist for El Tiempo newspaper. Her latest book of essay, which she will talk about with Mabel Lara, is El reino de la posibilidad, where she reflects about language, emotions and how our personal and shared narratives are always intertwined with speech.
