Leyner Palacios is a surviving Chocoano leader of the Bojayá massacre. Awarded with the Premio Global por el Pluralismo 2017, he is characterized by being a peace manager with a trajectory of more than 20 years of working with communities in Chocó and different areas of the Colombian Pacific. He is the current commissioner of the Truth Commission.
