Monja Coen is a Brazilian Zen Buddhist nun. Before dedicating herself to the religious life, she worked as a journalist for different Brazilian media outlets. In her most recent book, Zen para distraídos, the author shares the basic concepts of Buddhism, including meditation and other ancient techniques that offer readers the chance to boost their concentration, become more assertive and generally improve their well-being.
