An exclusive selection of songs composed by Pedro Rodríguez, with works by the celebrated charango player and composer from Arequipa Ángel “Torito” Muñoz, from the Yanahuara Trio, will be played in this concert that highlights the musical heritage of Arequipa, including different musical genres such as pampeñas, huaynos arequipeños, yaravíes and Incan fox, during half an hour. The concert, part of the record project entitled “Morada Mísica” intends for the general audience -national and international- to get a vast overview of the musical production from Arequipa, so that they can also appreciate the innovations that Rodríguez has made in some of his compositions and orchestrations. An unmissable experience, especially because the location will allow us to enjoy the baroque architecture of the historical centre or Arequipa, declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.
