Renata Flores in concert

Arequipa 2020,

Using the ancient language of the Incas, Renata Flores (Perú) sings in Quechua and vindicates a language loaded with sigmas, fusioning folkloric rhythms with trap and pop. With her work she reflects on taking care of the environment and empowers women, just as journalist Mario Muguerza recently said. Sunqually means thank you Quechua, and it is the word-symbol that Renata Flores uses to generate a positive change in society. “Sunqually is like saying ‘from the bottom of my heart’, it’s more emotional, and that’s how Quechua is”, states the young singer from Ayacucho who will surely give a wonderful concert from Huamanga.
