The Colombian writer, translator and journalist Héctor Abad Faciolince is the author of over fifteen books of short stories, essays, poetry and fiction for adults and children, including his award-winning book, Oblivion (2006). It tells the story of his father, the doctor and human rights activist Héctor Abad Gómez, and the circumstances of his killing at the hands of a paramilitary group. In 2016 he founded the independent publishing company Angosta Editores and in 2019 he published Lo que fue presente: Diarios (1985-2006). He will talk to Guillermo Altares.
