The head of the Quai d’Orsay, France’s top diplomat, Maurice Gourdault-Montagne, is joined by the architect Amanda Levete, Lindy Grant, Professor of Medieval History at the University of Reading and the francophile catholic travel writer, Patrick Marnham.
