The author Dylan Moore has been awarded the 2018 Creative Wales Hay Festival International Fellowship/Cymrawd Rhungwladol Cymru Greadigol Hay Festival, and will be visiting all our festivals around the world for 12 months. With numbers that have broken the records of numbers of displaced people around the world, Dylan Moore reflects upon the tension between the ideas of “foreignness” and “belonging” in the way we build our identity.
