In 2016 a character arrived to social media who emulates the sort of everyday Cartagena with which so many have felt identified: Mildre. Viral from the start, the videos of Mildre and her children José Antonio, Carolina and Julio Alfredo, illustrate the day to day life of the city, with a good dose of costeño humour, from hilarious situations to the political and social reality that surrounds them.
