Journalist, writer, rounder of the magazine Alternativa and former director of El Tiempo, Enrique Santos Calderón published in 2018 his memoir, El país que me tocó. From his childhood memories, through to the terror of drug-related violence, to his first-hand perspective on the Peace Process during the government of his brother, Juan Manuel Santos, the author narrates his life through all the social and political transformations the country has seen in the past seven decades. He will be in conversation with the journalist and writer Héctor Abad Faciolince.
