Indigenous Wayuu woman from Maicao, La Guajira. Indigenous communicator. Cultural manager of her community of Toloichirujuna origin. She is a radio broadcaster by conviction with more than 10 years of experience in Wayuu territory. Producer of sound content in her mother tongue. She has accompanied Afro-Colombian and indigenous cultural strengthening processes in the Colombian Caribbean. She is currently coordinator of the communications programme of the Federation of Associations of Indigenous Councils of the Department of Chocó. Sub-commissioner for communications of the Mesa de Diálogo y Concertación de los pueblos indígenas del Chocó (Roundtable for Dialogue and Agreement of the indigenous peoples of Chocó). National commissioner representing the indigenous peoples of Chocó before the National Commission of Communication of and for the indigenous peoples.
