The Bicentenary of the Independence and the founding of the Republic of Peru will be one of the most important moments of the decade for reflection in our country, because of its great symbolic value and because it could be a historical opportunity to think again, together, about the country we can imagine. This conversation is designed to be a space so that three generations of outstanding Peruvians can exchange ideas and perspectives about the country we are, that we are building and which we want to celebrate in 2021. With Alberto de Belaunde, lawyer and congressman; Carolina Trivelli, economist and specialist in matters of poverty, social policies and rural development; and Gonzalo Portocarrero, sociologist, essayist and social scientist.
Co-organized with the Special Bicentenary Project
